Cancellation Policy

*Client must cancel appointment within 24hrs or a 20% fee will be charged to your card on file. *After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled. *Accepted kids ages are 5-9yrs *Spacing is limited so I ask parents & guests to wait in the lobby. *Hair must be taken complete taken down prior to service or a take down fee will be applied. *Natural hair colors provided. *Colored hair must be added on.
